Signed copies of Barbara's new album,'My Own Adventure,' are now available to order.
Barbara's brand new studio album, 'My Own Adventure,' is now available to order. Recorded over the course of the last year in Scotland, England and France, it features eleven tracks including songs by Gerry Rafferty, The Beatles, some traditional favourites and six songs written by Barbara herself.
The CD (complete with autographed insert) is now in stock and available to order or download and a limited edition vinyl release - exclusively available from Barbara's website - following in January. The vinyl edition is now available to pre-order as well as a CD and vinyl bundle - all are available now from Barbara's webstore.
"I am really proud of this album," Barbara says. "It's been a long time in the making and it's all sorts of layers of my life and work. I think it's the nearest I've come to my real ambition for a long time. Nick Holland has produced and arranged the album and it also features the wonderful Troy Donockley, Terl Bryant and Brad Lang.
"I will be touring in February - my last ever tour with my band - and I'm so looking forward to getting to play some of these songs live in front of an audience... as well as the new material there will, of course, be lots of old favourites and hits! Do come and see us - some dates have sold out but you will find full details on the tour page - we're playing some great venues like Edinburgh's Festival Theatre, the Glasgow Concert Hall, The Sage in Gateshead, Birmingham Town Hall, the Liverpool Philharmonic, Halifax's Victoria Theatre and The Bridgewater Hall in Manchester.
